Thank You for Serving Our Country

As a teacher, it is gratifying to observe how my students go above and beyond with their dedication and commitment in hosting the Tribute.  However, I am especially proud of every student for the compassion and respect they display towards the veterans and home front volunteers each year.

I appreciate you taking the time to view this web site. It serves as a reminder of how this great generation preserved our freedoms and nation.  I hope you go away believing that young students have the capacity to comprehend and appreciate the history of this generation and WWII.

The next time you see a veteran of war or peacetime, simply extend your hand and say, "Thank you for serving our country."
